PTA Reflections

What is Reflections?

Reflections is a program started by the National PTA in 1969 to encourage students to explore their talents and artistically express themselves. Since then, the Reflections Program has inspired millions of students nationwide to reflect on a specific theme and create original artwork.

Each year, students are recognized for bringing a theme to life through the following six categories:

  • Dance Choreography
  • Film Production
  • Literature
  • Music Composition
  • Photography
  • Visual Arts

This year's theme is "What's Your Story?" Students can enter as many projects as they would like, in as many categories as they would like for an opportunity to advance to the Schaumburg Township, Regional, State and National levels. All participating students will be recognized! The deadline for entries at Campanelli is Tuesday, October 25.

Studies show that participation in the arts develops the whole child and enhances critical thinking and problem solving skills. Our Campi community has numerous talented artists who have participated in past years. We look forward to your creative participation and support of our children and the arts!
